Return policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns for up to 30 calendar days, starting from the date of delivery of the order. Please see our Return Policy.

Return at a shop

Fast, easy and free.

Take the product in its original packaging to one of our Barrabes stores. You only need to indicate the order number or show the invoice for your order that you can download from the my order details.

Return at a drop-off point

This method has a cost starting at 1.99€ for Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands). There are restrictions for large volume products, consult customer service.

To return an item at one our drop-off points, if you want you will not need to print any label, simply select this option in the online return process at My orders and follow these simple steps:

• 

  Find a drop-off location near you.
• 

  Prepare your package for shipping with the products in their original packaging.
• 

  Take the package to the drop-off point of your choice and show the Bidi code or print the label we’ll send you in the return request confirmation email.

Return on your own

If, on the other hand, you prefer to return the products on your own through a courier of your choice, select this option in the online return process in My orders and follow these simple steps:

• 

  Print the return label, which you’ll receive by email when you finish your return request.
• 

  Prepare your package for shipping with the products in their original packaging and attach the return label to the outside.
• 

  Send the package with the courier of your choice.
